Dr. Joana Figueiredo, Ian Johnson, Liam Abrams, and Dani Macias presented at Benthic Ecology Meeting in Charleston, South Carolina (USA).

For the very first time, two Colpophyilla natans corals spawn in our spawning induction systems this year!

We have two new Interns joining the lab this year, Welcome Ashley Shen and Chloe Daniel!

Chloe (left) and Ashley (right) are both are new to NSU this semester, both are graduate students who are working with MSC Cruise lines and Dr. Joana Figueiredo. Both plan to learn how to operate a coral nursery to assist efforts in Ocean Kay, Bahamas.

Congratulations to all of our Masters Students on their commencement ceremony on June 9th 2023! Best wishes for happiness and success!
